7. Business Manager and WhatsApp Data Deletion

For data related to Business Manager (WhatsApp Business API):

  • Messages will be deleted from our systems within 30 days
  • Messages may still be retained on WhatsApp's end according to Meta's data retention policies
  • Customer contact information associated with conversations will be marked for deletion
  • For questions about Meta's data retention, refer to Meta's Data Processing Addendum or contact Meta directly

8. Third-Party Data Deletion

For data shared with third-party service providers:

  • We will instruct our service providers to delete your data
  • Processing time may extend beyond 30 days depending on third-party procedures
  • We cannot guarantee deletion from third parties if data was already shared before your request
  • For WhatsApp and Meta-related data, contact Meta directly at Meta's Privacy Portal

9. Right to Appeal

If your data deletion request is denied, you have the right to:

  • Receive a written explanation of why the deletion was denied
